The project incorporated a major expansion in addition to an extensive adaptation/refurbishment of the existing office and cafeteria space (complete with new mezzanine level), with an overall floor area of 56,000sq.ft. – providing over 700 workpoints, meeting/collaboration spaces, wellness, and refreshment facilities.
