Five On Friday: Colour of the Year and Wine Cork Acoustics

Five On Friday

Here's five things we've loved this week - from colours and products to fabrics and projects!

1. Dulux - announced their Colour of the Year 2022. "An airy, light blue" called 'Bright Skies' was chosen as it "perfectly captures the optimism and desire for a fresh start that is the mood of the moment". We agree - and are sure to see it used in some of our upcoming projects.

2. Our friends at Abstracta AB have a product called 'Sahara' made out of waste material from the production of wine corks at a factory in Portugal. A wall panel that offers excellent acoustic properties, looks amazing and is environmentally-friendly? Yes please!

3. Pailo from The Senator Group is a product that helps to bring soft and comforting elements to the office in place of traditional desking. More important than ever as so many return the workplace having been working from home for so long. See our Instagram grid for even more Pailo imagery.

4. The lovely people at Camira Fabrics Limited posted this eye-catching image online this week. "The Zap colour palette is filled with shades which bring a pop of mid-century modern to interior spaces." Wonderful shades used here and again, we're looking forward to getting this fabric onto product in the near future.

5. This is a sneak-peek of a beautifully-finished office furniture fitout we completed recently. Next week we'll be sharing more images with a before & after video soon so you can see the full transformation. This client is sure to 'work happy' in their refurbished workspace!
